Determining Lost items from breath

If a native asks the astrolger about an item that has been lost, then the astrologer should determine the type of breath he is having and answer based on that.

  • If the breath is in Prithvi tatwa then the lost item has been dug under ground
  • If the breath is in Jala tatwa then the lost item is in water or nearby water
  • If the breath is in Vaayu tatwa then the item is in places where smoke is.
  • If the breath is in Aakasha tatwa then the item is at a high place [at heights]
  • If the breath is in Agni tatwa then the item has been hidden

While a native puts forward a question, the astrologer should determine if his breath is in Jala or Prithivi and if it is the case and the questioner is standing on the side where the astrologer is getting more breath then the astrologer can conclude that the native is a well mannered, well of person with good wife & childre and of long life. If the person is female then she has good husband and has a long life. However if the breath is of Agni/Vaayu type and if the person is standing on that side of the astrologer where the breath is good then he can conclude that the native is bereft of joys and happiness from wife and children and is on a fall and not good with money.

Ida Pingala Characteristic

  • The breath that comes out of left nostril is called Ida, and Moon/Chandra is its lord.
  • The breath that comes out of right nostril is called PingaLa, and Sun/Surya is its lord.
  • The breath that comes out of both nostrils is called Sushumna, and Fire/Agni is its lord.

If anyone is embarking outside for some work then at that time the breath should be in the left nostril and while a person is entering inside then the breath should be on the right. Then it will lead to success. Only when one is undertaking some Yoga Saadhana or when one is unwell Sushumna will be there, on other times the presence of sushumna is not auspicous

    Direction

If a person puts a query regarding a MAN who is suffering from a disease.
Now if the person is standing on the right side of the astrologer and the breath is also flowing on the right side for the astrologer then he can say that person will recover soon and get good health and live long.

If a person puts a query regarding a WOMAN who is suffering from a disease.
Now if the person is standing on the left side of the astrologer and the breath is also flowing on the left side for the astrologer then he can say that woman will recover soon and get good health and live long.

If the question is regarding a disease and the person asking the question is standing on the left side and the breath is flowing on the right side of the astrologer OR if the person is standing on the right side of the astrologer and the breath is flowing on the left side of the astrologer then the prediction would be the removal of the disease is going to be tough and the person should undertake Shanthi – Japa – Tapa etc for getting rid of the disease.

While asking the question if the astrologer is intaking the breath then the patient will recover from the disease and life however if the astrologer is leaving out the breath then the patient will be dying.

As per another work it is mentioned, regardless of the presence of the breath of the astrologer on either the right side or the left side, if the person asking the question is standing on the same side then the patient will recover and live.

When the question is asked, hearing sounds that relate to death, falling down, getting injured, etc… if thoughts like this does not occur to the astrologer and the person asking the question is standing on the same side where the breath of the astrologer is flowing then the patient will recover and live. If adverse is the case and the astrologer gets thoughts/signals/indications of earing sounds that relate to death, falling down, getting injured, etc… and if the breath and the queriest are on different sides, then it can be said that the patient will not recover easily.

If the queriest is at Front, on the Left, at a height and if it is Shuklapaksha and if the astrologer has Ida naadi then the quereiest will meet with all success.

If the queriest is at back, on the right, at a downward depth and if it is Krishnapaksha and if the astrologer has Pingala naadi then the quereiest will meet with all success. The astrologer should judge and balance the joy/pain that he is undergoing and answer accordingly to the queriest.

The astrologer based on how he is expereincing at areas like Having good food, good baths, good sleep/bed, he should predict the same for the queriest. ie, if he does not have good facilities for bath, or if he is not getting good food and has difficulty to sleep, then he should answer the queriest also in the negative manner.

During asking a question of disease, if the person asks question from the side where the breath is not there for the astrolger and if he comes and sits on the side of the astrologer where the breath is good, the the patient will recover and live.

    Direction of the lost item

When the question is asked about a lost item, if the breath is in

    • Prithivi tatwa, then eastern direction
    • Jala tatwa, then south direction
    • Agni tatwa, then western direction
    • Vayu tatwa, then northern direction
    • Aakasha tatwa, then central direction or the item is inplace.

    Questions regarding fights

If one is embarking for a fight/struggle , and while leaving if the breath is in Ida and while entering the destination if the breath is in PingaLa and if facing the enemy in the direction where the breath is NOT there, then one will certainly get victory even if one is afraid of the enemy.

If one is embarking for a fight/struggle , and while leaving if the breath is in Pingala and while entering the destination if the breath is in Ida and if facing the enemy in the direction where the breath is there, then one will certainly face defeat.

Theif, Enemy, King, One who cheats, Trader etc, if one face them in such a way that they are to the side where breath is not there, then they will not cause trouble to us. If it of the opposite and they are present in the side where breath is there then they will cause trouble.

During travel, giving charity, marriage, decorating onself with good cloths and jewellery etc, when going for mediation, for auspicious work, gruha pravesha etc on those occassions the breath should be on the left sided.

    Questions regarding pregnant ladies

If during the time of question , if the breath is flowing in the right nostril then the sex of the unborn child will be male and if the breath is in the left nostril then the sex of the child will be a girl.

If the person asking the question is on the same side as where the breath is flowing good for the astrologer then the sex of the unborn child is male and if the queriest is standing on the side where the breath is not there then its female. If the breath is going equally on both sides, then predict twins for the pregnant lady.

If the breath is in Aakasha tatwa then it indicates danger for the unborn child. If the breath is in Vaayu tatwa and if the person stands on the side where the astrologer does not have breath, then also there is danger to the child in the womb.

    Success in ventures

When leaving for the work if the breath is in the left side and while entereing the destination if the breath is on the right side then however difficult the work may be, it will be successful.

If somebody asks whether the enemy is going to strike him, then if the breath is on the left side for the astrologer, then the enemy will not come, if the breath is on the right side then the enemy will come.

When one is leaving for a journey, for a fight at that time the breath should be on the left side. When entering the destination if the breath is still on left side then there will not be victory.

  • Getting to know Auspicious and Inauspicious from Breath.

    naadiyinda shubhaashubha jnana

    nadi

It is commonly believed that the air flows from both our nostrils during the process of breathing. However this is not true. Most of the time the breath will be flowing easily without hindarance from only one of the nostril. From observing this flow of breath one can determine the positive and negative things that will occur for onself. We can say that the body we have is an amazing machine that has been constructed by Shri Hari. Whatever happens in the universe, those similiar kind of events occur within our body also. Thus our body is a microscopic representation of the whole universe. This concept has been widely popularised by the great thinkers in our society, ie the great daasarus have mentioned this in their suladhis. The mooladhaara which is situated between anus and rectum is the origin of the 72,000 nadis in our body. Of these Ida , PingaLa and Sushumna are the primary nadis. Breath from the left nostril flows thorough Ida naadi, and this is called Chandra naadi also. Breath from Right nostril flows through PingaLa and this is called Surya naadi also.

Chandra naadi is similiar to amrutha/nectar and is pleasant for the body. If the breath flows through the chandranaadi more then the coldness in the body will increase. Surya naadi is opposite of Chandra naadi and is similiar to fire. Thus when the breath flows through Surya naadi more the heatness in the body will increase. If in anybody the breath flow occurs through both nostrils and if it keeps increasing then it can be inferred that the life in that body is ready to leave the body.

As per the days of the week one can determine the auspiciousness and inauspiciousness of the flow of breath. Sunday, Tuesday, Saturday are known as paapa vaaras. On these days, if from sunrise if the breath flows from the right nostril, then it can be concluded that all the works undertaken on that day by that person will be successful. In the same way if the breath flows through the left nostril on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday then one can conclude that the work undertaken on those days by the person will be successful. The breath should be flowing from the appropirate nostril during the time of sunrise. When one is undertaking a journey, for all auspicious events, when taking medicines, when trying to get rid of toxins from the body, at that time concentrate on your breath, and if it is found to be flowing in the left nostril then these works undertaken would be successful. In the same way while taking food, during intercourse, during undertaking abhihchaara kriyas, when fighting one should concentrate on the breath to determine where it is flowing. If it is flowing through the right nostril then these events would progress smoothly towards conclusion.

Auspicous / Inauspicious, Profit / Loss, Victory / Defeat, Life / Death, when questions are asked on these topics and if the breath is flowing through both the nostrils then results will be always negative. When a person is asking some question to the astrologer, if the breath of the astrologer flows smoothly on that nostril on which side the questioner is standing, then the questioners queries will be successful and the questioner will benefit. However if the opposite is true, ie if the questioner is standing on the right side of the astroloer and the breath is flowing in the left nostril of the astroloer then the questioner will face defeat in the questions he is askng and he will face negative results. This details is mentioned in Garuda Puraana, Achaara KaanDa, 67th chapter. This talks of how to determine auspiciousness and inauspiciousness to the person based on his breath flow.

The effects of flow of breath.

Everyday during sunrise the astrologer should determine whether his breath is flowing in Ida, PingaLa or in Sushumna and also determine in which level is the breath flowing, ie whether its Prithivi, Agni, Jala, Aakasha or Vaayu. From this he can determine the good/bad that will occur to him further he can answer the questions of the persons who have approached him with their queries.

    The feature of breath

On Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday if the breath is flowing from the left nostril then it is good. On Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday if the breath is flowing in the right nostril then it is good. When breath is good

If the breath is flowing as per the above guideline on all the days of the week, then on those days the mind will be fresh and exhilarated, The body will be fit and energetic. One will find good taste in food etc. If the breath is flowing in adverse manner as stated above then one will not enjoy the food one is taking, there will be expenditure of money, disappointment at work, clashes and if one tries to sleep, one will not get good sleep also and finally one will find it difficult to even empty the bowels. Thus we can determine how the day is going to be based on the breath check done in the morning during sunrise.

    The types of breath

One should hold the forehand in front of the nose and exhale the breath. Then determine from which nostril the breath is flowing out. Slowly move the hand further and further away in such a way that the exhaled breath is still touching the hands. One should measure the distance upto which the breath is flowing out in terms of angulas [inches]

    • If the breath is travelling 16 inches then Prithivi Bhuta breath
    • If the breath is travelling 12 inches then Jala Bhuta breath
    • If the breath is travelling 08 inches then Tejas/agni Bhuta breath
    • If the breath is travelling 06 inches then Vaayu Bhuta breath
    • If the breath is travelling 03 inches then Aakasah Bhuta breath

Thus the astrologer should find out the bhuta/type in the breath from his nostrils.

Flow of breath in various tatwas

On the first day of shukla paksha [padya] if the breath is coming out of left nostril in Bhumi Tatwa, then the person will soon build good houses, will be honored by important persons, will face success in his ventures. On the same day if the breath is in the left nostril and is on Jala tatwa he will undertake activities like digging wells, borewells and other water related works. There will be auspicious events like marriages in the house. On the same day however if the breath is coming out of the right nostril and is on Jala tatwa the one can understand that there is water related dangers in store. Thus the above effects are mentioned exclusively only for shukla paksha paadya, for other days one should guage the effect based on the weekday breath flow as explained previously.

While breathing if the breath is coming out of the adverse nostril for the day and is of type Agni tatwa then fear from haters, injuries, disease/unease in body, fire dangers to self and children and similiar effects will be there. To prevent this one should pray to Shri Hari.
